- concluding a purchase contract, maintaining a user account, sending information,
- ensuring the supply of goods or services, settlement of complaints, service and advice,
- marketing - sending business messages,
- developing the quality of our services and products,
- compliance with legal requirements.
The legal reason for the above-mentioned processing of personal data is the fulfillment of the contract, our legitimate interest (e.g. when sending commercial messages after your purchase), your consent (when sending commercial messages, if you only subscribe to the newsletter by entering your e-mail addresses) and legal obligation.
If you refuse to provide the personal information we request in order to perform the contract or ensure compliance with our legal obligations, we may not be able to provide all or some of the services you have requested from us.
III. Possible recipients of your personal data
Our company values your trust and protects your personal data from misuse. Your personal data is processed confidentially and in accordance with applicable laws. The responsible employees of ESCUBE, s.r.o. and Agora DMT, a.s. In the case of ordering the transport of goods, we provide your personal data to the selected transport company that ensures this delivery. External entities are entrusted with sending commercial messages and operating the camera system in the store.
IV. The period for which we will process your personal data
We keep your personal data for the period necessary for the above purposes, i.e. for the duration of our contractual relationship or legitimate interest. In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, this data will only be processed for the duration of this consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Personal data may be kept for a longer period of time if it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or to enforce our or your legitimate rights.
Specific storage periods of your personal data:
- personal data for sending commercial messages (newsletters) - 7 years from registration
- personal data in accounting documents - for the period of legal archiving in accordance with the Accounting Act and the VAT Act
V. Your rights in connection with the protection of your personal data
In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent (e.g. when sending our business communications), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note, however, that this may lead to a limitation of the services we offer (e.g. not receiving a discount coupon sent via the newsletter).
As our customer, you can ask us for access to the personal data we process about you. However, access to information may be limited by maintaining trade secrets or protecting the privacy of other persons.
As a data subject, you have the right to correct incorrect or incomplete personal data. In the event that you consider that your data is not necessary for the given purpose, you have the right to restriction of processing or deletion in the sense of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in conflict with the protection of your private life or in conflict with the relevant legal regulations, especially if your personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, you have the right to object against processing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
